A friendly caring hospital. . Have been an inpatient more than once and each time was treated with respect by all the staff.

from initial consultation in pleasant surroundings with minimum wait all staff took time to be pleasant, yet efficient. very relaxed in each department such as xray, reception, ward and physio which put me at ease.
appointments always notified either by phone or arranged on day and confirmed with letters and little waiting time.
time taken always to ensure you understood what would be happening and it was dealt with very efficiently which inspires confidence.

Only thing I could suggest is that it is made clearer when having a procedure done that you could be there all day. This is more of an admin issue than medical Other than that everything else was great.

The car park was crowded (lots of space take up by a mobile mri unit). Only one toilet was working.
